Cindy calls me every week and really helps me to stay focused on getting a little exercise and maintaining healthy habits in general. Recently after a particularly stressful week she told me about a breathing exercise that I could do to help relieve stress. I noticed that doing it lowered my blood pressure by about 25 points. I used it when I went for my DOT physical and got my best blood pressure reading in two years.
