Eddie Chamber

With the help of a Rolling Strong CDL wellness coach, Eddie has lowered his blood pressure!  He checks in each week with the local health coach on-site for biometric readings, advice, and encouragement.  Eddie has reduced his coffee intake from six cups a day to only three cups and his main source of protein is fish.  He walks every day to decrease stress and in turn this has helped lower his blood pressure.  Congrats, Eddie, for a job well done!
