When I started the rolling strong program, I weighed 242 lbs. With the help of my coach Cindy, I was able to get down to 220 lbs. She gave me tips on eating habits and exercises. Thanks to her I lost 22 lbs.
My goal is to get to 200 lbs and I know I can achieve it with Rolling Strong. Thank you Coach Cindy 👍
