Since starting with Rolling Strong in December 2016, George has been more motivated to keep track of his blood pressure by checking in at least every other week with the Rolling Strong Wellness Coach. His systolic blood pressure has decreased by 15 points on average and he continues to take the small steps necessary to keep it under control by drinking more water and decreasing his caffeine intake. He also watches his diet by making healthier choices in order to maintain a healthy weight.
