I’m very happy with the Rolling Strong program!I decided to enroll in the Rolling Strong program because I am pre-diabetic and I wanted to make some changes. I was already doing some things to stay healthy like drinking enough water and walking almost 10K steps every day, but I wasn’t losing weight. I was skipping meals and overeating when I did sit down to eat.
My Rolling Strong coach suggested I do 3 meals a day and 2 healthy snacks to keep my blood sugar stable, and suggested many food options and snacks that worked for me. After 2 months and a few assessments with my coach, I’ve lost 11 pounds and my diastolic blood pressure has lowered 10 points. I’m very happy with the Rolling Strong program and will continue until I get to my health goals.
