“After talking with my Rolling Strong Coach Melanie, I have lost 3 pounds in two weeks. I’ve started tracking my calories and have increased my water intake. In addition, I try to exercise as much as possible, whether it’s parking far away at the truck stops or rest area, or just walking around my truck at all shippers or receivers.
