Jeffrey Johnson

Jeffrey has maintained his weight while driving out on the road. At his last check in with the Rolling Strong CDL Wellness Coach 5 months ago, he set small goals and continues to hold himself accountable. He has been walking 2 miles at the hotel after his shift and does push-ups and sit-ups on a daily basis.  He plans to continue with his new healthy habits to help him reach his goal weight. Keep up the great work.
