I had been looking at other health apps and overheard someone talking about Rolling Strong and that it was being offered for free by my company. I was looking to lose weight and make lifestyle changes. From there I completed registration, made in app friends and started head to head competitions. Then I joined a team competition and led my team to victory and prizes. I also had recently bought a Garmin watch and connected it to the app for more points. Since I started focusing on my health, food prepping and working with Rolling Strong I’ve lost 18 lbs.
