I want my guys to understand fully what Rolling Strong has to offer, and I know I need to bring them straight to the source – the Rolling Strong coaches. I educate them on making proper selections, correct portion sizes, and explain that their metabolism isn’t what it would be if they were working a normal job. I try to encourage them to eat fresh fruit when it’s available and when I order, I make sure it’s in small quantities. I also teach them to slow down while they eat so their body has enough time to signal to their brain that they’ve had enough.”
