Larry has been training drivers for almost as long as he was a driver – 25 years! He stays fit by working out on and off the basketball court. Larry averages five to seven miles per day just by moving and walking. He encourages his trainees to be well and safe on the road. Larry maintains his good health by parking as far from the actual truck stop as he can when making fuel stops, not eating heavy meals before or during driving, and getting plenty of rest when he is done for the day. These are just some of the wellness tips he gives to his drivers. Larry is a great ambassador for the Rolling Strong wellness program and encourages each of his trainees to enroll as well!
