“I found the W.E.L.L. talk very helpful!  It provided me with tips to help maintain better eating habits while on the road.  I have trouble sleeping and in the past, I would write or listen to music.  I have been unable to do that while at the Greyhound training school, so our coach suggested I start exercising prior to going to bed and it actually helped!  I also intend to implement the meditation exercises we learned in class.  I had never meditated before the W.E.L.L. presentation, but I tried it a few times after our coach did the exercise and found it to be very helpful as well.  Thanks, Rolling Strong coaches!”
