My eating habits are good but after the Rolling Strong W.E.L.L talk presentation, I realized that I need to increase my protein and fiber intake and lower my carbohydrate intake. I also found that meditation is a good stress reliever. My first day driving and taking my driver maneuverability test I was very nervous and failed the test. Before my second attempt I spent some time meditating using the tools my Rolling Strong Coach suggested and I was able to let go of my bad nerves and passed the maneuverability test.
