Michael Hampton

Michael gained over 100 pounds after he started driving, and due to health-related issues he has been off the road for the last year.  He is now back on the road with SRT, has signed up with Rolling Strong, and is currently working with a CDL Wellness Coach.  Michael has set a total weight loss goal and is committed to a complete lifestyle change.

He does not drink high calorie drinks, limits his sugary snacks, and has reduced his consumption of bread and starchy carbs.  Michael exercises every day, doing three sets of push-ups and three sets of jumping jacks.  In the past month, he has lost 15 pounds and two inches.  Michael is not playing with his weight anymore and states, “I’m taking my health back!”
