“I began attending the Rolling Strong led training class the first week of August after talking to one of my co-workers who had been participating in it.  My initial goal was to gain strength and muscle tone.  In just three months since I started the class, I’ve lost 1/2 inch in my thighs, 1/2 inch in my waist, 1/2 inch in my chest, and 3 1/2 inches in my hips!  Even though I’ve lost very little weight (which was not one of my goals), I can wear clothing that I couldn’t before and I feel so much stronger.  I’m very pleased with the results, particularly since I’m only working out three days a week and it’s free!  I plan to continue training as long as CDL Wellness Coach Melanie is available!”
