Tump Laird

Tump has lost 30 pounds since April 2017! He cut out all fast foods, drinks water instead of high-sugar beverages, and has started cooking healthy foods on his truck with his microwave and crock pot. Tump has also incorporated exercise into his plan by using the truck as his gym. He is excited to be adding the FIT System to his routine and is looking forward to hitting his next weight loss goal!
