I have more energy and my clothes fit better

I started with the Rolling Strong program 3 months ago because I wanted to get healthier. Since I started, I’ve been using the Rolling Strong app and I’ve been on a weekly coaching call with Coach Claudia. I started walking more and really made an effort to stay active. I’ve cut back on calories and sodas and I’m even drinking a green smoothie in the morning. So far, I’ve lost 20 pounds and my ankles are not swollen anymore. I feel great, I have a lot more energy, and I feel more comfortable in my clothes.
